TriTactics, and the concept of “multidimensional multisport”, was created by Greg and Maureen Gibbons, in our quest to use over five decades of personal and professional education and experience to help you set and reach your goals. Now, with coach Bryan Alsdorf, we are able to reach more athletes and expand our range of services.
Background on Bryan ~
Bryan is relatively new to coaching triathlon, but not to insight, ambition and motivation. His personal accomplishments and quick rise to success within the sport of triathlon are a testament to his work ethic and ability to produce results. After just three years in the sport, he qualified for and finished the 70.3 World Championships in Zell am see-Kaprun, Austria and has qualified for the Boston Marathon. He is an Ironman Certified Coach and is an integral part of the TriTactics organizational background.
Background on Greg ~
Greg is a natural athlete with a gift for coaching, that has been honed for decades as a collegiate football player, USAT Coach, Certified Athletic Trainer, USA Cycling Coach and Emergency Physician with a focus on biomechanics, strength and conditioning and recovery. He has completed 15 Ironman Triathlons including the Ironman World Championship in Kona. With a wealth of sports medicine, coaching, and life experience behind him, Greg is uniquely suited to bring out the best in any athlete - from beginner to professional.
Background on Maureen ~
With experience as a 7 time Ironman finisher, Division I swimmer, Certified Athletic Trainer, Emergency Physician, USAT & Ironman Certified Coach, Certified ISSN Sports Nutritionist, wife, and mom, Maureen provides a unique perspective into the needs of the athlete, both in mind and body.
