TriTactics, and the concept of “multidimensional multisport”, was created by Greg and Maureen Gibbons.
Together with Bryan Alsdorf, we use our education and experience to help you navigate the world of endurance sports.
Background on Greg ~
Greg is a natural athlete with a gift for coaching, with a focus on biomechanics, strength and conditioning and recovery. He has completed numerous Ironman Triathlons including the Ironman World Championship in Kona. His elite athlete success program is by invitation only through Active Medical Solutions .
Background on Maureen ~
Maureen provides a unique perspective into the needs of the athlete, both in mind and body. Her direct patient care and athlete support is done through Active Medical Solutions .
